Group exhibition: KISS MY SOUL, Dordrechts Museum

Date: 15 October 2023 - 3 March 2024


Under the title KISS MY SOUL - Heavenly & Earthly Love in Contemporary Art, the Dordrechts Museum is working on an exhibition exploring the portrayal of love in the present day. More than 75 works by 30 artists provide an overview of visual art in the 21st century, approached with enthusiasm and a warm heart. From physical desire to maternal love, from heartbreak to parental affection, from brotherly love to mourning for love.

Love Landscape Through six chapters on love, visitors will navigate the contemporary landscape of love. Along the way, they will encounter works by artists including Sadik Kwaish Alfraji, Gijs Assmann, Melanie Bonajo, Marlene Dumas, Paul van der Eerden & Romy Muijrers, Tracey Emin, Hadassah Emmerich, Ferdi, Vera Gulikers, Andrea Eva Györi, Raquel van Haver, Natasja Kensmil, Bas Kosters, Juul Kraijer, Kalliopi Lemos, Kim van Norren, Navid Nuur, Femmy Otten, Kevin Osepa, Tanja Ritterbex, Maria Roosen, Charlotte Schleiffert, Koes Staassen, Lily van der Stokker, Koen Taselaar, Emma Talbot, Helen Verhoeven, Henk Visch, Charlott Weise, and Ina van Zyl.


The group exhibition opens on October 15th and features a mix of internationally renowned artists such as Marlene Dumas and Tracey Emin, alongside emerging talents like Tanja Ritterbex and Charlott Weise.
