For the exhibition LACUNA at Stigter Van Doesburg, Maaike Schoorel has invited the artists Germaine Kruip, Lisa Oppenheim and Ferdi.
These four artists all place an equal emphasis on what is visible and vital as well as that which remains untouched. They explore alternative possibilities of perceiving by broadening the spectrum of the senses beyond just ‘looking’.
A Lacuna is an interval during which continuity is suspended.
